How it all works

1. A thorough assessment - your dog deserves the best behaviour support

I receive your dog’s clinical history and referral form from your vet and I study it (I do not want to be suggesting things such as extra exercise that may hurt them if they have arthritis for example).

2. Understanding what you are experiencing and instant support before we meet

I read through the questionnaire you have sent back to me and I send some guidance straight away to give you some relief and results straight away so you can get started before we meet.

4. Implementing the training plan

We can have follow up sessions together to practice the training so you’re set up for a lifetime of results - you’re not alone and the support continues after we have finished our sessions. You can

also attend group sessions to practice with other people who get it. You can alternatively get me to train & I provide hand over sessions so you know what to do.

3. Let’s get started!

We meet for our 90 minute jump start session and get to the root cause - the emotion and motivation that is driving your dog's behaviour. We create a plan that will work for you and your dog. I send you a report with helpful handouts and videos. I also send your vet a report so they are kept in the loop about the behaviour plan I have provided for you. You can join group sessions or sign up for private training if you need to.

"Lisa is very good and patient with my reactive Sprocker spaniel. Lisa studied him thoroughly and watched him on a walk. She has given me so many good things

to do with him, and he is improving. Lisa stays in contact and is always sending helpful information. Very patient and understanding of dogs body language."
