Veterinary Practice Behaviour Support

Professional behavioural support for your veterinary team to get support.,

St Paws Training Academy offers veterinary practices a simple monthly retainer for first-line behavioural advice for £150 per month per practice, your veterinary team can access professional support when behavioural concerns arise. This gives vets and nurses somewhere to turn for a quick second opinion, practical guidance and help deciding whether a case can be managed in-house or would benefit from a full behavioural referral.

The service can support your team with:

  • Initial behavioural triage
  • Advice on common behaviour concerns
  • Practical management strategies
  • Guidance for conversations with owners
  • Help identifying cases that require further behavioural assessment
  • Support with deciding when a referral is appropriate
  • Professional input on training and behaviour plans

A simple first step for your team.

Not every behavioural concern needs a full referral. Sometimes your team simply needs to ask: “Is this something we can advise on, or does this need specialist behavioural support?”

The St Paws retainer gives your practice access to that first-line support without requiring a separate referral for every question.

Where a case requires more detailed behavioural assessment or ongoing support, the client can then be referred to St Paws Training Academy through the usual client pathway.

The monthly retainer is designed to provide practice-level advice and support, rather than unlimited direct client consultations.

This means your practice gets accessible behavioural expertise when you need it, while clients receive the appropriate level of support for their individual case.

£150 per month per veterinary practice
